PGCIN Secretariat

The Graduate Program in Information Science (PGCIN/UFSC)’s administrative office has the following responsibilities

  • organize and keep student data up to date;
  • organize class records for the courses;
  • proceed with the registration of students;
  • organize the processes to be submitted to the Program Councils;
  • register the themes of the students’ theses and dissertations;
  • organize the schedule of evaluation of the theses and dissertations;
  • prepare reports, review and write calls for applications and meeting invitations;
  • write the minutes of the council meetings;
  • keep minutes, opinions, student data, in and out correspondence and all other relevant documents.
